Senior Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Litigation team in Melbourne.

  • As a key member of our Disputes & Investigations group, you will work closely with partners across our national offices on diverse clients and matters, including commercial disputes, regulatory issues, and high-stakes negotiations.
  • You will advise on contentious issues, such as contractual disputes, misleading or deceptive conduct, and negligence claims, while pursuing large-scale disputes that involve reputational risk.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to take on a leadership role in our growing Disputes & Investigations group.

  • As a Senior Associate, you will contribute to the development of litigation strategy, manage and progress matters independently, and supervise junior lawyers in an inclusive and supportive way.
  • With approximately 5-8 years' experience, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
