Job Title: Senior Economist

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Senior Economist to lead our expanding Economic Impact Consultancy team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in applied economic analysis or strategy consultancy and demonstrated experience delivering complex client-facing projects.

  • Deliver high-quality consultancy projects with analytical rigour, ensuring clarity of insight and robustness;
  • Design and conduct advanced economic impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and applied microeconomic research;
  • Apply and oversee the use of economic techniques and quantitative tools across large, complex datasets;
  • Engage confidently and credibly with senior clients, translating economic findings into actionable insights for decision-makers;
  • Contribute to and lead the development of consultancy proposals, reports, and high-quality presentations;
  • Manage projects and coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
  • Mentor and support junior economists, fostering their technical and professional development.

Lead the delivery of consultancy projects with a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Research and Analysis:

Design and conduct advanced economic impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and applied microeconomic research.

Client Engagement:
