About the Role

Cotton On Group is seeking an experienced Content Specialist to join our Foundation team on a 12-month contract. If you're passionate about social media and storytelling, with strong copywriting skills and experience creating engaging content across multiple platforms, this role may be for you.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives that captivate diverse audiences, with a deep understanding of current trends and social media strategies. They will be responsible for creating, writing, and editing social media content for various channels, including the Cotton On Foundation's web page, intranet, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting engaging content in short and long forms that captures audience attention
  • Creating content calendars and managing social media schedules
  • Analyzing content performance and providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and ROI
  • Managing video scripting and storyboarding
  • Developing content briefs for global videographers

We are looking for someone who is creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box while staying true to the Cotton On Foundation's brand DNA.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A love for social media and understanding of current trends
  • Experience creating content for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn)
  • Strong copywriting skills – short and long form
  • Experience analyzing data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Qualifications in marketing or social media advantageous

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
