As a graduate in this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that genuinely cares about your development and engagement. You will receive professional development opportunities, including an immersive 12-week program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.

Working in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) can be deeply fulfilling and rewarding. However, we understand you might be nervous about your new role. Our dedicated team is here to help build your knowledge, simplify the process, and even master the art of report writing.

We value flexibility and offer a range of work options, including working from home or in one of our clinical hubs. You will also have access to multiple performance-based incentive programs, a laptop and smartphone, and a quality clinical toolkit to get you started.
