Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Your Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  2. Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  3. Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  4. Transporting clients to appointments and social events
  5. Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in community care; dementia care experience preferred
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS screening check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver's license and own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
Qualifications:

Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support or equivalent is highly desirable.
