As a Senior Supervisor reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our project delivery teams located at a central Brisbane site. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate both direct workforce and subcontractor teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards in line with the project timeline.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing and supervising the use of on-site resources
  • Tracking construction progress while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Guaranteeing that all operations are conducted following established safe work methods
  • Planning daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities, including resource allocation and trade coordination
  • Ensuring all personnel are properly inducted before commencing work on-site

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (Electrical)
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale civil projects in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to apply construction principles to fulfill project requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and practices
