We are seeking a dedicated and organised Coordinator to join our Academy Pathways Team.

About The Role

This role supports the coordination and delivery of our youth football talent program, focusing on youth aged 12-15 across the Frankston & District Junior Football League.

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of the talent program
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for coaching, talent ID, and high performance initiatives
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent, a current driver's license, and strong communication and people skills.

You will also need to be able to manage competing priorities with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
