Stock Hand Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Hand to join our Distribution team in Summer Hill, ensuring DC activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

The JPL Group, a family-owned Jewellery retailer with over 460 stores and 4,500 Team Members nationwide, is looking for a diligent individual to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with receiving and processing stock, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and supporting daily picking operations.
  • Process closedown store stock, identify and communicate variances to Supervisors, and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Assess stock for write-off or re-ticketing, re-ticket and clean stock to be returned to the warehouse, and allocate inactive stock.
  • Process faulty/damaged goods, transfer allocated stock, and receive and dispatch repaired watches back to stores.
  • Receive and record stock deliveries, match stock to costings, and liaise with Buyers in relation to follow-up costings.
Requirements:
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to details with focus on accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team and individually.
  • Proven ability to plan, organise, implement actions, and achieve effective outcomes.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-Time opportunity located in our support Office – Summer Hill, Sydney.
  • Hourly pay type, Salary Banding Support Office / State Offices.
