Product Leadership Opportunity

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Product Manager or Business Analyst to secure a dynamic role with a progressive software firm.

The position involves working closely with a team of Developers and broader internal stakeholders. You will be accountable for uncovering opportunities to improve efficiencies as well as develop new product opportunities.

  • Investigate new services through market research and innovation
  • Develop and present business cases for new services or features
  • Own and define the vision and roadmap of the products, aligned to customer needs and business requirements
  • Build rapport and influence the development team and stakeholders through support, collaboration and regular engagement
  • Ensure all product documentation is up to date and regularly distributed to internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent clients by adopting a customer-centric strategy for products including BETA and usability testing, analytics, on-site visits and regular collection of feedback
  • Track and report and success of newly launched products and features with a focus on return on investment
  • Design, prototype, develop and test new product features and initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies
  • Maintain and enhance existing product offerings

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years experience in Product Management/Owner/BA role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS product experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
