About the Role

Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Modeller to join our Bridge & Civil Structures Team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the modelling and drafting aspects of projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the modelling and drafting aspects of bridge and civil structures projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in bridge design and modelling, with a strong understanding of REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a focus on client satisfaction and project success.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
