The Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage spreadsheets to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Support the Lease Administration team to deliver team objectives in a timely manner.
  • Execute documents and coordinate leases as directed by your team leader.
  • Create and check required supporting documents prior to the execution of leases.
  • Accurately receive and track leases for execution.
  • Retain hard copies and soft copies of all executed documents for archiving purposes.
  • Advise and follow up individuals on licensing requirements and pending expiries.
  • Assist the team in collating information for audit purposes.
  • Support the team by liaising with internal and external parties for regular updates on lease negotiations.
  • Liaise with Lessees to acquire lease documents.
