Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Media Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, activation, and optimization of high-performing campaigns across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have strong paid social and programmatic experience, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success and optimize performance.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budgets daily, making proactive adjustments to meet key performance indicators.
  • Produce clear, data-driven performance reports, providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate campaign objectives into smart media plans, forecasts, and reporting structures in collaboration with strategy and account teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring best-in-class delivery and exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • 6+ years' hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns in an agency environment.
  • Strong in-platform skills across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and solid experience with programmatic DSPs.
  • Deep knowledge of paid social best practices, programmatic buying, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Comfort presenting performance results and optimization strategies to clients and stakeholders.
