Job Overview

The role of Technology Operations Manager involves providing leadership and management to Process Control teams on-site. Key responsibilities include maintaining the technical environment, ensuring team adherence to safety procedures, and liaising with various stakeholder groups.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Operational technology leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of PLC programming and HMI (GE PCM, Cimplity SCADA, RTU)
  • Expertise with data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI and Tableau)
  • Experience with industrial HMI
  • Proven ability to manage a team and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce

Work Environment

This is a permanent role in the mining industry, offering a competitive salary and allowances. The position requires an 8:6 roster on site.

About the Team

The Operational Technology team provides support to mine sites by managing and monitoring Operational Technologies onsite. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of our mining operations.
