We are seeking an astute technical director to spearhead the development of innovative screening technologies. This role entails leading strategic and technical direction for a product line, driving innovation and customer value across global markets.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in minerals processing, comminution, or vibrating screen technology. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management, and technical problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with SHE standards, FMEA, DFMA, and engineering best practices is also required.
