Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Hybrid Teams: Collaborate with remote, offshore, and on-site teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with senior clients and provide executive-level consultation to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Enterprise Solutions & Innovation: Champion innovative QE strategies, including automation, performance, security, and AI, by collaborating with Practice Directors and broader leadership teams.
  • Cross-Capability Engagement: Lead and coordinate testing initiatives across all quality domains in enterprise settings, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Mentorship & Community Engagement: Contribute to QE people leadership, support initiatives like HerTechPath, and represent our organization at networking and industry events.
  • Business Partnership: Provide senior coverage and support across accounts during peak demand or leadership absences, ensuring seamless business continuity.
  • Automation Thought Leadership: Establish enterprise automation strategies, conduct automation assessments, and provide recommendations, leading automation proof of values and contributing to RFX processes.
