Job Requirements

We're looking for experienced project leaders who can develop their skills across all stages of the full project lifecycle. As a project leader, you'll lead teams of sub-contractors, assign work, coordinate tasks, and deliver results to safety, time, and quality standards.

Success requires collaboration, focus, and building great relationships with sub-contractors and the wider team to drive best results. You'll also mentor junior members of our team to ensure they learn best practice and support them in their careers.

Key Skillset Required

- Solid understanding of structures, steel, fit-out, finishes, and services in site supervision
- Proven site experience on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects across the full project lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of building and construction Trades, supported by experience or qualifications
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia
- Confidence in reading and interpreting technical drawings
