Hospitality and Environmental Services Assistant

At West Wimmera Health Service, we are seeking experienced Hospitality and Environmental Services Assistants to join our team in a part-time or casual capacity.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for providing high-quality meal preparation, cleaning services, and maintaining a safe environment for patients, residents, and staff.
We are looking for individuals who possess effective communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to maintain a high standard of hygiene, adhere to infection prevention protocols, and liaise with colleagues and disability-supported employees.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and comply with cleaning standards and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained at all times.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with other employees within the facility.
- Assist with meal preparation, service, and delivery.
- Australian driver's licence.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work without active supervision.
- Ability to learn and use computer software packages.
The estimated salary for this role is around $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
