The Opportunity

We are seeking an Office Experience Manager to join our Adelaide office. As the director of first impressions, this role will ensure the smooth running and coordination of all office administration management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment, ensuring the workplace is always tidy and ready for guests.
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and organize meetings and functions.
  • Prepare meeting and Boardrooms for management meetings, ensuring technology is functioning properly.
  • Manage car park and building access requirements.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and arrange couriers.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, including tea, coffee, stationery, and crockery.
  • Assist with new staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including accepting and recording hardware returns.
  • Provide office inductions for new starters, ensuring they are well-informed and aware of office amenities, emergency procedures, and contact information.
  • Organize meetings, functions, conferences, and training as required.
  • Manage access cards and lockers for the building, and maintain the access card register.
  • Book travel for staff through our travel management system.
  • Brief the NRI Marketing & Communications Team on any office requirements for creative assets or office communications.
  • Ensure strong brand governance across the NRI business, following required approvals processes for office communications.
  • Keep the NRI Marketing & Communications Team informed of regional initiatives, providing regular updates in team meetings.

  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Dedicated and competent with organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • All-rounder with a positive attitude and high energy
  • Anticipates people's needs and is proactive in managing others
  • High attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1700, with flexibility required
