The Role of a Performance Associate Manager

This role plays a key part in our team, providing implementation and campaign management for key clients while supporting the planning function. As a guru in biddable operations, you will drive effectiveness and efficiency gains across the department.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will oversee workflow, escalating issues as they arise and holding constructive performance evaluation meetings with reports. You will also take the lead in delivering end-to-end biddable campaigns, proactively identifying innovation opportunities and guiding advanced biddable capabilities. Your role involves cultivating strong relationships with clients, developing your skills in media planning principles, and ensuring all team financial and compliance processes are followed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate attention to detail, organisation, and team collaboration skills. You should also be able to manage conflict effectively, communicate complex information clearly, and adapt to new ideas and initiatives. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
