The key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial plans, forecasts, and graphs to inform budgeting decisions.
  • Coordinating rent reviews, including fixed and CPI reviews, to optimize rental income.
  • Coding creditor tax invoices and processing tenant account queries efficiently.
  • Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in PAMS, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitoring rental arrears and liaising with contractors, tenants, and owners as required.
  • Coordinating contractor inductions, site access, and maintenance tasks through Evolution.
  • Administering maintenance contracts and registering assets, maintaining accurate records.
  • Setting agendas and minute monthly tenant meetings, fostering open communication.
  • Providing general administrative support, filing, and assistance as needed.
