About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to lead our team at the Yarra Trail David Jones Miranda site. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, with a focus on promoting wellbeing and operational excellence.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, styling outfits that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs.
  • Stock Control and Visual Merchandising: Manage stock levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure loss prevention management.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with the in-store David Jones team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in concession or boutique store retail leadership.
  • Customer Service: Enthusiasm for creating modern, authentic service experiences for customers.
  • Styling and Visual Merchandising: Familiarity with styling outfits and visual merchandising principles.
  • Stock Control and Loss Prevention: Experience with stock control and loss prevention management.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
