Marketing Data Analyst

Role Description:

The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for accelerating insight generation by leveraging data across the company.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and media channels for customers, as well as the customer journey across core e-commerce websites.

Key responsibilities include developing processes and workflows to automate reporting and drive efficiency, using technology such as Google BigQuery and data visualization platforms to enhance data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in data/analytics, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to make sense of data.

  • Drive regular reporting and analytics for the team across multiple digital marketing channels
  • Demonstrate strong data governance, develop processes and workflows across the team to automate reporting and drive efficiency
  • Use technology such as Google BigQuery and data visualisation platforms to enhance the way we analyse data at scale and report back to the business
  • Strengthen our addressable marketing capabilities through the integration of marketing technology, precise audience segmentation, and utilising first-party customer data to deliver impactful results
About You:

Essential qualifications include demonstrable experience in a previous role involving data/analytics, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to make sense of data.

Desirable qualifications include prior experience using SQL within Google BigQuery, experience with data visualisation platforms, and an understanding of the digital marketing landscape and associated performance metrics.
