Territory Manager Associate Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the hospital environment and work in operating theatres for those looking to launch their career in medical devices. As a Territory Manager Associate, you will be responsible for supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions in a theatre setting in hospitals.

You will apply clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting.

You will quickly establish rapport, credibility and professional relationships that benefit our customers, and align with our company values and mission.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the full breadth of our clinical solutions across various surgical specialties.
  • Develop strategic relationships within the accounts supported by Territory Managers.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage business plans and strategic selling strategies to drive territory growth.
  • Support educational programs aligned with regional goals.
  • Exceed customer expectations while driving business growth.
