Imagine a key role in our site's engineering and maintenance operations, where you'll lead a team of professionals to drive productivity and efficiency.

As an Engineering And Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall engineering and maintenance strategy for site operations. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for improvement in capacity, technology, and equipment, and develop plans to implement these changes.

This role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate overall engineering & maintenance strategy for site operations
  • Generate and use knowledge of production and maintenance to identify and deliver opportunities for improvements in capacity, technology and equipment
  • Develop team and source resources to ensure the site has the required skills and knowledge to manage the Engineering & Maintenance site workload
  • Manage capital expenditure and maintenance budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering and significant experience in leadership role of an engineering or maintenance team
  • Technical knowledge in liquid/high speed packaging equipment and robotics is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
  • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to drive change and improve engagement
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, processes, and systems preferably in a process safety industry
