Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced reliability expert to lead our incident and problem management team. This critical role requires a strong technical background, deep understanding of SRE principles, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will drive best practices across the organization, contribute to the transformation of our SRE culture, and provide expert leadership during critical outages.
About the Role:
Develop and implement robust processes and tooling around incident management.
Drive enduring reliability through consistent and fast response to high-severity incidents.
Collaborate with product teams to analyze failures and integrate insights to improve service reliability.
Promote a customer-focused approach by addressing and mitigating global customer environment issues.
Develop scalable process frameworks and observability strategies to ensure rapid problem diagnosis and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the incident management process, ensuring streamlined decision-making and quick resolution.
Advocate for the transformation to a world-leading SRE organization, promoting SRE principles within the Engineering Department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Previous career experience as a Site Reliability Engineer in an Operations or Engineering environment.
Strong hands-on coding experience and knowledge of software engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting cloud services.
Networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNSSEC, and BGP issues.
