Supportive Home Environment Specialist

We provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people aged 10 to 17 who have endured trauma, neglect, and abuse.
As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality care, implement current best practice interventions, and support young people in their educational, social, and recreational pursuits.
You will create a secure home environment, manage household duties, and provide nutritious meals while fostering independence and a sense of belonging.
Your Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A team player attitude with strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask with ease.
- Creative thinking and a non-judgmental approach to life.
- A driver's license (minimum green P's) for transporting young people.
- A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
