We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical engineering design, installation, and commissioning activities on a large-scale renewable energy project in the Pilbara region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in the success of this landmark project.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate electrical engineering design, installation, and commissioning activities for large-scale power transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects.
- Oversee construction of PV arrays, PCS units, transmission lines, and substation connection works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to construction teams and subcontractors, managing engineering documentation, drawings, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical infrastructure, including 33 kV transmission/distribution overhead lines, substation integration, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to produce reports, oversee costs, and forecast project outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in large-scale power, transmission, or renewable energy projects.
- Knowledge of 33 kV transmission/distribution overhead lines, substation integration, and SCADA systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
