
Disability Support Care Provider

As a disability support worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients
- Promote social interaction and community participation among clients
- Maintain accurate records of client health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to relevant authorities
With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will work on a casual basis, with flexible hours to meet the needs of clients. This role requires you to be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
