Strategic HR Specialist

This role involves leading the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives to streamline processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating HR programs, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Developing and implementing HR programs to support business objectives;
- Managing employee records and maintaining accurate data;
- Providing guidance on policies and procedures related to HR;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR functions. They should also have experience in a similar role, knowledge of MS Office, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrator role;
- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, and employee relations;
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
