Job Overview

We are seeking a Process Operations Specialist to fill a key role in our egg grading facility in Hallam. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-operational checks and equipment setup to ensure timely production schedules.
  • Prepare, load, grade, and pack eggs while replenishing packaging materials according to work instructions.
  • Prepare and label finished boxes for shipping.
  • Operate machinery and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Perform on-line quality checks to ensure product meets standards.
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment as needed.
  • Assist in other areas of the facility when required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in process-related roles within the food industry or FMCG sector is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to safely follow all work instructions.
  • An unrestricted work permit with at least one year before expiration.
  • Good verbal communication skills and reliable transportation for commuting.
  • Ability to lift 12-15kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Forklift license (desired).
