We're seeking a seasoned performance marketing expert to spearhead customer acquisition initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a platform specialist with 3+ years of experience in driving profitable growth through performance marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing high-performing customer acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition plans across multiple portfolio companies
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to drive profitable growth at scale
- Seamless transition between B2B lead generation and B2C customer acquisition
- Focus on ROAS and LTV - key metrics that drive business success
- Test, iterate, and scale winning creative and targeting strategies
- Manage significant ad budgets with full P&L accountability
- Collaborate directly with founders on growth strategy and execution
- Build attribution models that accurately track customer journey reality
