Job Title

Sydney/WFH - Contract until November with potential extension.

**Overview:**

The team is seeking a Change Manager to assist the Director in delivering change management activities, leading key change initiatives, and owning the Change Management Strategy/Plans for one of Sydney's biggest rail upgrades.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and own Change Management Strategy/Plans and ensure relevant inputs are incorporated into the overall Project Plan.
  • Manage change management activities, including change impact assessments, monitoring, and assessment of performance and success of business readiness change management activities.
  • Develop and design communications and engagement content for the Project.
  • Work collaboratively with operational business groups to understand current and future states and translate business requirements into documentation.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance to change.
  • Collaborate with HR, IR, LD, Communications, and other stakeholders to deliver an integrated people change service to the business.

Key Challenges:

  • D Delivering Change deliverables within tight deadlines and limited resources while managing competing priorities.
  • Working in a complex business environment undergoing significant change.
  • Experience in change management within a highly industrialized landscape.
  • Rail experience - **Essential**:
  • Proven background/experience in developing Change Management Strategy/Plans.
  • Able to work autonomously and take ownership of the role.
