Job Role: Operational Transformation Specialist

The key objective of this role is to drive operational transformation projects within our organisation. This involves identifying and delivering strategic projects and programs that align with our long-term business goals.

This position requires collaboration with other departments to ensure initiatives are in line with overall business objectives and direction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering multiple projects and programs concurrently, leveraging technical expertise to achieve results.
  • Scoping, planning, coordinating and managing all phases of project and program lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Aligning project deliverables to realise the business strategy, through effective stakeholder management.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders across the business, promoting a culture of innovation and improvement.

Success in this role demands experience with civil and structural engineering projects, strong technical skills and the ability to positively influence key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least ten years' experience in a project management or operational transformation role.
  • Formal qualification in project management (PMP preferred) or a related field.
  • Demonstrable project management, transformation and change management skills, with a focus on strategic delivery.
