Africa Electrical Foreman Position

Job Summary
Electrical Foreman Africa PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Foreman to lead our team in Africa.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and supervision, with experience in HV preventative, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance at the mine site.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for effective skill transfer and knowledge sharing with national electrical personnel.
- Collaborate with site leadership to design and implement safety systems and initiatives that improve electrical safety performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Regulations, policies, procedures, work instructions, and standards.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Underground electrician.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Underground electrical supervisor.
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and their application in the workplace.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work effectively with digital tools.
- National Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent.
- Unrestricted Electrical License.
- High Voltage Operations Certification.
