About the Role

This dynamic position involves reporting to the Administration Team Leader and is responsible for a variety of essential administrative functions. The successful candidate will provide professional and efficient reception and administrative services, manage appointment schedules for specialists and community midwives, ensure proper receipting of incoming funds and manage mail distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries with accurate information.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain compliance with medical records standards and assist with client file preparation.
  • Enter data into relevant databases and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and quality client service. Proven experience working with diverse clients and maintaining accurate client records is also essential.
