">About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and direction to teams in achieving high-quality patient information management.
Key responsibilities include supervising, coordinating, and providing guidance to staff members, as well as managing day-to-day operational issues.
Strong organizational skills, including office management and team-work, are essential for success in this position.
This role requires the ability to supervise and manage staff in line with quality human resource management practices, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary for negotiation and interaction in individual and group situations.
Mandatory requirements include vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases and COVID-19.
Benefits include 17.5% annual leave loading, additional allowances entitlements may apply, and 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience meeting organizational objectives, including organization and delegation of work, solving day-to-day challenges, meeting deadlines, and established priorities.
