Senior CRM Architect Leader

This role oversees the technical direction and governance of our Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. We seek an experienced leader with extensive knowledge in CRM technology, architecture, design, development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the CRM Platforms team and utilise technology trends to educate the business on leading-edge technology.
  • Work with solution/platform architects to ensure integration of data and information components of the solution, and alignment of resources to the enterprise strategy.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Technology teams and the business to ensure successful execution of large, complex development projects.
  • Liaise with the Technology Platforms Manager to develop and support code review framework, product road map, assess business impacts for new requirements, identify and address technical or operational risks, build community of practice and contribute to enterprise project scoping exercise.

Requirements:

Extensive CRM (Salesforce) experience with a broad range of technical leadership experience, within the insurance and/or banking/financial services sector.

Experience leading CRM business requirement, solution design, and/or Salesforce implementation.

Ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution.

Able to communicate technology concepts to business teams with a focus on business value and benefit.
