Job Title: Operations Assistant

The Organisation is seeking a skilled and organised individual to fill the role of Operations Assistant.

This position will support the Facility Manager in various administrative tasks, including coordinating the admission process for new residents. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to clients, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager, including rostering staff and managing day-to-day operations

- Coordinate the on-site admission process for new residents

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, residents, and staff

Requirements:

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including experience liaising with diverse groups

- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable populations

- Demonstrated reception and administrative experience in aged care or residential services settings

- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
