Senior Care Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of care professionals in delivering high-quality, safe, and effective services to our clients. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent care while aligning it with regulatory requirements.
About This Role- You will have at least 3 years of experience in a senior healthcare or Home Care/Community Services role.
- You have a strong understanding of Aged Care regulations and funding.
- You excel in problem-solving, adaptability, and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Lead your team to deliver safe, effective care while meeting regulatory requirements.
- Support your team's professional development through coaching and mentoring.
- Monitor and manage service performance to meet established KPIs.
- Facilitate and implement strategies for managing workplace health and safety.
- A passion for leading and developing teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- The ability to analyse performance data to drive improvements.
- Experience in a leadership role within healthcare or community services.
