About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Johnny Bigg. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performance culture, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management
    • Develop a high-performance culture that promotes team investment, employee engagement, retention, and consistent growth and development.
    • Instil a supportive and candid feedback culture focused on recognising, developing, and elevating your team.
    • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, displaying etiquette across all communication methods.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop a strong sales-performance culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience through our sales steps.
    • Drive and maintain sales performance within the store in line with retail goals, budgets, and KPIs.
    • Analyse sales reports to guide commercial actions that generate sustained traffic increase and sales performance.
    • Execute visual merchandising guides at the direction of the VM Team in line with standards to ensure strong commercial implementation.
  • Team Development
    • Mentor, train, and develop team members to support their growth and career advancement.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members are meeting their performance goals.
