Service Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our organization in the Eastern Creek head office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating our team of technicians, and ensuring seamless operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a structured approach to work, with prior experience in office administration being highly desirable.

The role involves:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Making bookings and coordinating logistics
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
  • Preparing invoices and quotes in a timely manner
  • Recontacting customers for repeat services
  • Performing general administration duties
  • Supplying work orders to sub-contractors
  • Organizing portable machines for customers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of working in a dynamic environment
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook suite
  • Knowledge of MYOB EXO
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
