We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day site activities for a significant industrial facility project in Regional NSW. As a key member of our client\u2019s team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of HVAC installations and mechanical works.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of managing sites with a mechanical package value of $10 million or more. You will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary package between $120,000 - $140,000 + Super, as well as a vehicle allowance and accommodation provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to its success over a two-year period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site HVAC activities to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving any technical issues on-site and provide guidance and support to the team.
