Our client is a reputable Contracting Company operating in the Commercial Sector for over 20 years. They specialize in large-scale Commercial HVAC Projects with a value of up to $5 million.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Commercial HVAC? Do you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously?

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Commercial HVAC Projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, Commercial HVAC, and Construction Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Commercial HVAC Projects from commencement to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Attend Project Site Meetings, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage Project Schedules, resources, and logistics.
  • Maintain high standards of Site Safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Trade or tertiary qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
  • Experience in Project Management within the Commercial HVAC Sector.
  • Background in Construction Management and Project Estimating.
  • Excellent Client Management and Stakeholder Management skills.
  • A collaborative and Team-Focused approach.
