Executive Leader Wanted

A top financial services organization seeks an accomplished Chief Technology and Operations Officer to join its leadership team.

This is a critical role responsible for driving technology strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology and operations functions, including digital transformation, data governance, and risk management initiatives.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting and compliance with APRA standards (FAR, CPS 230, CPS 234).
  • Manage IT strategy, cybersecurity, and change management projects.
  • Chair and contribute to executive committees.
  • Supervise service provider performance and outsourced operations.
  • Lead business continuity planning, project delivery, and data engineering practices.

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience in leadership roles within technology and operations in financial services (insurance, banking, capital markets).
  • Strong understanding of APRA regulatory frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
