Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Educator to join our team at Guardian Evanston Gardens. As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged six weeks to six years. You will work closely with the Centre Manager and other Educators to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that meet the needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Implement an educational program that is reflective of current early years thinking and practice
  • Document and share with families in their children's learning and development
Requirements
  • A Certificate 3 in Children's Services or working towards it
  • Prior experience in long day-care (desirable)
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check for South Australia state
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Full working rights (Australian citizen, PR holders, or on a visa with pathways to PR)
