Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service, and hold a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that promote the learning and development of young children.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other educators to achieve high-quality outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to achieve high-quality outcomes for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
