Job Title: Specialist Family Violence Practitioner

Tradewind Australia is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Family Violence Practitioner to join our team in Shepparton. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support services to individuals and families impacted by family violence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive safety assessments and provide interventions to individuals and families affected by family violence
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and effective support services
  • Provide referrals and work closely with external agencies to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with case management experience OR a diploma qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years case management experience in AOD, family services, family violence, homelessness, youth, or mental health
  • Ideal experience in family violence or a related field
  • A passion for empowering vulnerable individuals and families
What We Offer:
  • Full-time or 0.8 EFT (ongoing contract)
  • Salary of $97,000 - $101,000 + super + salary packaging
  • 4 weeks of annual leave
  • 12 days personal leave per year
  • 20 days Family Violence Leave
  • 5 days exam, PD, and study leave for full-time staff, with a Professional Development Allowance
