ClearCompany is a fully integrated Digital Marketing Agency seeking an exceptional Group Account Director to lead our team. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for managing one large client from end-to-end and overseeing a small specialist team.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a leadership/strategy role within a digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced digital strategies, managing enterprise-sized clients, and leading high-performing teams. Your expertise in customer journeys, CX, customer data, and brand marketing will be essential in driving strong ROI for both clients and the business.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a leadership/strategy role within a digital marketing agency
  • Experience developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced digital strategies (customer journeys, CX, customer data, brand marketing)
  • Experience managing enterprise-sized clients
  • Leadership experience within a digital marketing agency
  • Ability to deliver sophisticated digital strategies that drive strong ROI for both clients and the business
