Job Title: Content and Communications Professional

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content including newsletters, press releases, blogs, and website updates
  • Manage our social media presence with engaging, on-brand B2C content
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers
  • Coordinate market research initiatives and customer satisfaction studies across Australia & New Zealand
  • Analyse communication and campaign performance to deliver actionable insights
  • Support internal communication through newsletters, employee updates, and engagement campaigns
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in content creation, media relations, and digital communications
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone and detail
  • Experience in managing social media channels and digital content calendars
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
