Coach Financial Wellbeing

As a Coach, you'll be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and coaching, and work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in achieving their financial wellbeing by providing personalized advice and support
  • Educate customers on how to use digital solutions to manage their finances
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you're always delivering the best possible service to customers
